Anti-Discrimination Policy: The Beloved Community Co-op will not discriminate based upon race, color, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or physical or mental disability. 

Anti-Harassment Policy:  The Beloved Community Co-op is committed to maintaining an environment that prohibits all forms of harassment by or toward adults or children based on race, color, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, physical or mental disability or other legally protected characteristic. Harassment is defined as unwanted physical contact or sexual advances; use of epithets, inappropriate jokes, comments or innuendos; obscene or harassing telephone calls, emails, letters, other forms of communication; and any other conduct which interferes with an individual’s performance or creates a hostile environment. 

Anti-Racist Policy:  The Beloved Community Co-op is committed to anti-racist principles.  We will utilize antiracist curriculum and pedagogy (whenever possible) and adhere to community-wide antiracist practices that humbly listen to, value, and advance the hope and needs of minority and marginalized students, families, and teachers.  We are committed to doing the work required to end racism: listening, learning, repairing, taking risks, disrupting, and dismantling all the ways racism shows up in our lives and communities.
